Resorts .- Over thirty years ago Steve Kosmas began his
career in real estate sales and soon thereafter acquired his first resort,
right on the famed Ocean City Boardwalk.
In 1975, Boardwalk One was affiliated with Resort Condominiums International
(RCI). Both Steve and RCI remain committed to the advantages of flexible
and affordable condominium choices that timeshare exchanges offer family
vacationers over that of traditional hotel accommodations.
Twenty-five years ago, brothers Paul and Nick joined Steve
in his quest and together they established Kosmas Group International
(dba KGI Resorts). Their mission was to specialize in developing, selling
and managing multiple vacation ownership resorts in family oriented tourist
destinations.
For three decades they built and/or acquired several vacation
resorts in Ocean City, Key West, Orlando, New Smyrna Beach, New Orleans
and even St. Maartin & St. Thomas in the Caribbean (hence the International
distinction).

.- Resort Condominiums International, or RCI as it is now known, was founded
in 1974 as an exchange service for condominium owners.
Since its inception, RCI has arranged vacations for more
than 54 million people.
Today, the company has over 3,700 affiliated resorts located
in 100 countries, with over 3 million members living in more than 200
