The resort is home to 85 deluxe suites that can comfortably sleep up to four and include kitchenettes or kitchens, fully equipped for preparing a family meal. Each unit also features a private balcony – offering the perfect place to enjoy Ocean City’s gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. An abundance of amenities is available to guests, including an outdoor pool (open from May to October), fitness facilities, and a billiards room.

Please Note:  Coconut Malorie is undergoing intermittent renovations.  Our resort and amenities will be open as usual, but there will be construction noises from the maintenance.

In addition to fantastic vacation rentals, Coconut Malorie offers an extensive list of services for guests. Notable resort amenities include:

Parking:  Parking is $15 per day from the dates of May 16-October 31.  Parking is free for hotel guests outside of these dates, with the exception of during special events.

Reminder: For safety purposes, unattended minors are not allowed in our resort amenities. Minors must be accompanied by someone in your party over the age of 18.

Please note: that while the building features elevator access, the billiards room and fitness center require stairs and are not wheelchair accessible.
