A valid cell phone number is required at booking to receive necessary information for check-in.

CONDO OWNER PARKING:
All Owners will receive and must properly display a registered Smart Decal on their vehicle. A quick barcode scan with any smartphone will display the decal number, license plate of the vehicle it’s assigned to and most critically, whether or not the permit is active or inactive.
There is no cost to the owner for the decal. This decal allows each owner to park one vehicle in the lot free of charge.
GUEST PARKING:
All guests and renter’s vehicles are required to be registered while parked at a daily rate of $15. Guest parking will remain on a first-come first-serve basis. Guests will be able to register their own vehicles from their smartphones when they park. Residents may also register their guests on their behalf and will incur a $15 per night fee which must be paid at the time of registering the vehicle.

Failure to follow parking rules may result in a citation, immobilization, or tow at the vehicle owner's expense. Property owner(s) or management are not responsible for loss of, or damage to, vehicle or contents.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is offered when received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival and no show reservations will not receive a refund of their deposit.
Week-Stay Cancellation Policy
The reservation you are reserving is heavily discounted due to the 7 night length of the stay. This reservation is non - cancellable, non - modifiable and non-refundable. The full stay total will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Should VacationCondos.com not be able to authorize your card for the stay total, a new credit card will be requested. Failure to provide a valid method of payment will result in your reservation being cancelled.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of the first night's room rate will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
A major credit card refundable damage deposit of $100 USD will be held and is required upon arrival.
For week stay reservations, the total cost will be collected at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Change or Cancel for Any Reason
The Vacation Waiver helps plan against life’s unexpected occurrences. You are allowed to change or cancel your trip for any reason one (1) time prior to 12:00 PM property time* on the scheduled start day* of your trip without being charged any change or cancellation fees. If canceling, any monies paid will be returned to the customer who booked the travel. Note: The waiver is valid once you have paid the appropriate waiver cost and your booking is confirmed.
*Scheduled Start Day is defined as the scheduled check-in time of your hotel at the time of booking. Other terms and conditions apply. Please see the Terms and Conditions below.
*Property Time is defined as the local time at the property in which the reservation is located.
Refund Instructions
When you purchase a Vacation Waiver you will be asked to print your voucher. Please keep your voucher handy as a reference. You do not need to redeem your voucher at any time to utilize the waiver. You will also receive your waiver information in your itinerary email. The Vacation Waiver is valid for redemption only by the person(s) named on the voucher. The waiver is not transferable, has no cash value, and may be redeemed only once. Once the voucher has been utilized it cannot be reused. The Vacation Waiver must be purchased at the time of booking; waivers cannot be purchased after booking.
You must email customer service at info@vacationcondos.com prior to 12:00 PM property time on the scheduled start day to cancel or change your vacation package.
Terms & Conditions
The Vacation Waiver is not insurance. The Vacation Waiver is valid for redemption only by the person(s) named on the voucher. It is not transferable, non-refundable, has no cash value, and may be redeemed only once. The Vacation Waiver must be purchased at the time of booking; waivers cannot be purchased after booking. The redemption excludes the price of the Vacation Waiver. If you change or cancel your trip for ANY REASON prior to the scheduled start date of your trip prior to 12:00 property time, all cancellation fees imposed by the Booking Agent will be waived. These fees may vary by property and season and are subject to change. The cost of the cancellation fee waiver is subject to change at the discretion of VacationCondos.com; the current cost of the waiver is $39.99 USD.
